Driving Directions

THE VA HOSPITAL IN NORTHPORT:

Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 53N (Sunken Meadow Parkway).

Proceed north on the Sunken Meadow Parkway to Exit SM 5 (Rte 25A west). Continue westbound for approximately 2.5 mile. (You will observe Norwood Plaza on your right).

Take the next left (at traffic light) onto Rinaldo Road. (You will see a directional sign for the VA Medical Center).

The Medical Center is at the juncture of Rinaldo Road and Middleville Road.

When you arrive at the police booth at the top of hill, you will probably be asked for identification (drivers license). Then take the third left on to 60's Boulevard and follow it around. You will come around a bend and see a large parking lot on your left with Building 92 (nursing home) along side of it.
