The Gardens of Dorset: June 15-23, 2017
Twenty members of LIHS will enjoy a garden tour to the glorious English countryside. The County of Dorset is located in southern England, an area that is quintessentially English with its thatched cottages, Iron Hill forts and Saxon churches. The Industrial Revolution bypassed Dorset and it remains one of only a handfull of regions of England with no motorway running through it. Dorset boasts beautiful country houses and gardens as well as the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast where there are dramatic windswept walks with views out to sea.
Included in this trip is a shared twin or single ensuite room, all meals, admission fees, tour leader, local ground transporation, all taxes and gratuities, and return coach to Heathrow. Everything except you bar bill and souvenirs!
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. For more information please contact Patricia Porcelli at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (516) 293-0520.
