Upcoming TripsMarch 11th at 10am: Flower Arranging with Kevin MurphyAt our December meeting, Kevin Murphy explained that, when he was a child, his mother enjoyed making flower arrangements and had all the materials in the basement. When he and his brother were bored, his mother told them to go play in the basement where they created "floral derangements"! Now he has shops in Locust Valley, Southampton, and Milleridge Inn! After watching him create gorgeous arrangements at our meeting, Barbara Levine asked him if he would be willing to offer a workshop for LIHS members. Fortunately for us, he agreed to have us come to his Milleridge Inn floral shop on Thursday, March 11th. Kevin will provide all the supplies. The cost is $35. We are limited to 25 people; 16 have signed up so far. If you are interested in attending, please contact Barbara Levine.
