Meetings are held at Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay, NY in the Burns Horticultural Center (previously known as the Conference Center).

When entering  Planting Fields Arboretum, drive around the barrier at the entrance, please follow the signs to "Plant Society Meeting. Head straight down the road to the Camelia House, turn left, drive past the Camelia House (A2 on the map below) Bare left again drive past the Superintendent's house, turn left again and the Horticultural Center will be on right side and the parking lot on the left.
